OnlyHours is committed to maintaining a safe platform and protecting individuals from abuse, exploitation, and harm. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
These standards explain how OnlyHours prevents, detects, and responds to CSAE and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) on our platform.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
OnlyHours strictly prohibits any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
This includes, but is not limited to:
• Sharing, uploading, or transmitting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Attempting to groom or exploit minors
• Soliciting sexually explicit images from minors
• Sexual conversations involving minors
• Using the platform to facilitate exploitation or trafficking of minors
• Any activity that promotes or normalizes sexual abuse of children
Any account found engaging in these activities will be immediately suspended or permanently banned.
2. Age Restrictions
OnlyHours is designed exclusively for users aged 18 years or older.
We do not allow minors to create accounts or use the platform.
If we become aware that a user is under the age of 18:
• The account will be immediately suspended
• Associated data may be removed
• Additional investigation may be conducted if necessary
3. Detection and Prevention
OnlyHours takes active steps to prevent CSAE-related activity on the platform.
Our safety measures include:
• Moderation systems and user reporting tools
• Investigation of suspicious activity
• Immediate removal of prohibited content
• Account suspension or termination when violations occur
We continually evaluate and improve our safety systems to reduce the risk of abuse.
4. User Reporting
Users can report unsafe behavior or content directly within the app.
Reports may include:
• Suspected CSAE content
• Accounts impersonating minors
• Grooming attempts
• Harassment or exploitation involving minors
All reports are reviewed and investigated by our moderation team.
Users are encouraged to report suspicious activity immediately.
5. Content Removal and Enforcement
When CSAE or CSAM is identified, OnlyHours will take immediate action, which may include:
• Removing the offending content
• Permanently banning the associated account
• Preserving evidence where required
• Reporting the incident to appropriate authorities
Accounts involved in CSAE activity will not be allowed back on the platform.
6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
OnlyHours complies with applicable child protection laws and regulations.
When required, we may report confirmed Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) to the appropriate authorities, including organizations such as:
• The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)
