Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 28, 2026 This Terms of Service (“Terms”) is a legal agreement between you (“user,” “you,” “your”) and OnlyHours (“OnlyHours,” “we,” “us,” “our”), governing your use of the OnlyHours mobile application, website, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. 1. Eiligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may verify age at any time. If we determine that you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible, we may terminate your account. 2. Account Registration To use the Service, you may be required to: • Create an account • Provide accurate and complete information • Verify your phone number via OTP You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not allow others to access your account. 3. Nature of Service Only Hours provides a platform that allows consenting adults to: • Create personal profiles • Express mutual interest • Communicate with other users • Schedule and confirm real-life meetups • View streak scores and reputation metrics Only Hours does not guarantee: • Compatibility • Successful meetups • Safety or conduct of other users 4. Time-bound Scheduling Only Hours requires that when two users express mutual interest, they have 6 hours to schedule a real-life meetup. Failure to schedule within 6 hours may result in the expiration of the connection. The specified timeframe applies only to scheduling, not the actual meeting. 5. User Conduct You agree that you will not: • Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse other users • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity • Upload illegal, obscene, or non-consensual content • Engage in discriminatory conduct, hate speech, or violence • Solicit users for illegal activity • Use the Service for non-personal use We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these provisions. 6. Real-life Meetup Disclaimer You understand and agree that: • Meeting other users in person involves inherent risks • OnlyHours does not conduct background checks • OnlyHours is not responsible for user conduct offline • You assume responsibility for your personal safety We recommend meeting in public places, informing trusted contacts, and taking appropriate precautions. 7. Reporting, Moderation & Community Safety OnlyHours provides in-app functions to: • Report users • Report inappropriate or unsafe content • Block users When a report is submitted, we may: • Remove content • Suspend user accounts • Take enforcement actions • Report unlawful conduct to law enforcement You may appeal account actions by contacting: support@onlyhours.app 8. User Content Users retain rights to content they upload, but grant Only Hours a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute this content within the Service. 9. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content belong to Only Hours or its licensors. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted materials without permission. 10. Subscriptions & Billing OnlyHours may offer paid features through subscriptions. Subscription Terms: • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play • Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal date • You may cancel via your device account settings • Deleting the app does NOT cancel subscriptions • Refunds are subject to Apple or Google refund policies By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these billing terms. 11. Payment Providers We use third-party providers such as RevenueCat to manage billing and subscription delivery. We do not store your credit card details. 12. Advertising & Third-party Services The Service may display advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. These third parties may collect data as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree that we are not responsible for the actions, content, or privacy practices of third parties. 13. Limitation of Liability In no event will OnlyHours be liable for: • Personal injury during meetups • Emotional distress • Indirect or consequential damages • Loss of earnings or reputation • Unauthorized acts by other users This limitation applies to all causes of action. 14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlyHours and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of: • Your use of the Service • Violation of these Terms • Your interactions with other users 15. Termination We may terminate your access at any time for: • Violating these Terms • Abusing the Service • Fraudulent conduct • Safety concerns We may also delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 16. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Only Hours is incorporated. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location. 17. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting a revised date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms. 18.
